What to contact us about
- The iPhone app. Purchases, restoring Lifetime Access, saved deals and programs, or quote PDFs. Include your app version (Settings → About) and iOS version. The support page answers the most common questions.
- Feature requests. Tell us what you'd like the app or the calculators to do and how you'd use it. In the app, Settings → Request a Feature starts the email for you.
- Corrections to the site. If a calculator, guide or source looks wrong, send the page address and what you expected. For a calculator, a link made with Copy link lets us see your exact inputs; it contains the numbers you entered, so leave out anything confidential.
What we can't help with
Private Lending Deal Desk is not a lender or broker. We can't take loan applications, quote or approve loans, refer you to a lender, or give legal, tax or lending advice. Please don't send borrower personal information or confidential deal documents.
